Kate is a full-time residential real estate broker-associate specializing in Coronado, Imperial Beach, and San Diego. Nationally recognized as one of the 2015 National Association of Realtors 30 Under 30 Award, Kate is known for her professionalism and dedication to her clients.

Born and raised in Coronado, Kate grew up going to work with her Dad, the Owner/Broker of Coronado Island Realty and whose passion is in real estate development. Shortly after graduating from Coronado High School, at age 18, Kate received her real estate salesperson's license, and then after graduating from the University of San Diego in 2009, Kate obtained her Brokers license.

Starting a full-time career in real estate during the 2009 recession gave Kate valuable perspective on the bottom of the market. Through creative marketing, complimentary staging, and attention to detail, Kate has continued to help her clients thrive as the market shifted from short sales and foreclosures to a competitive Seller’s market. Her experience is both Buyers and Sellers markets uniquely positions herself to help her clients see opportunity and success in every market.

Over time, Kate’s passion for helping her clients has blossomed into a career founded on her long standing relationships with her clients, leading to nearly all of her business resulting from repeat clients and referrals.In 2015, the same year Kate was honored as one of the National Association of Realtors "30 under 30", she married her husband Brett and they bought their first home in Imperial Beach. Since then, they’ve turned their first home into an investment property and purchased a second home a block away. Brett and Kate welcomed their daughter Poppy Fay to the family in 2019 and Milly Marie in 2021, all while their 11-year old Bernese Mountain Dog Ben is has tried to figure out what happened!
